SMALL GROUPS

Parenting is hard.
It’s better together.

Small group parenting courses that combine biblical truth, brain science, and practical tools to help you grow with confidence.

You’ve read the parenting books. Taken the courses.

But putting it into practice at home can feel overwhelming and lonely. You're not the only one.

Small group courses help you turn what you’re learning into real-life change.

As you go through the content with others, you gain perspective, encouragement, and accountability you don’t get on your own. Rooted in Scripture and brain science, these courses are designed to help it stick.

What is a small group course and how does it work?

A small group course takes the same trusted content and brings it into a shared, guided experience.

With a small group course, you also receive additional resources to guide discussion and help you facilitate your group with confidence.

Each member of your group will receive one-year access to the course video content and resources, so you can learn and grow together. Licenses are based on group size.

Each small group leader receives:

Course Leader's Guide

A course-specific leader’s guide with discussion questions and activities

Small Group Training

A “How to Lead a Small Group” training guide with practical tips, sample emails, and best practices

Still have questions?

Yes. The content is the same. The difference is the additional leader resources provided to help you facilitate your group.

Not at all. You don’t need to be an expert—your role is to facilitate discussion, not teach. We’ll provide everything you need.

Yes. Community membership gives you access to the course for personal use, but a small group license is required to lead or host a group.

Go to the course page you are interested in taking Browse Courses Above. On the course page, select the small group option that fits your group size and complete checkout. You will receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started and get your group members access to the course materials.

You have full flexibility—meet in person, online, or a combination of both. We recommend allowing one to two weeks between sessions. For in-person groups, many leaders choose one of these approaches:

Watch together:

Watch the videos during your group time, then discuss immediately. Best for longer meetings.

Watch separately:

Participants watch videos on their own, and group time is focused on discussion and application. Works well for shorter meetings.

Most courses include 4–8 sessions. Video content runs 20–30 minutes per session, with additional time for discussion. Most groups meet for 60–90 minutes total.
